Dr Ken Quail has over 35 years’ experience in grain quality, processing and grain food products. With experience in flour milling, baking and noodle production. This includes significant engagement in International markets across Asia and the Middle East as well as Australia. Ken has directed successful research programs within companies and in collaborative formats for Cooperative Research Centres. He has delivered a range of research projects resulting in commercial outcomes including; new products, production efficiency gains and testing services. Ken has also developed and delivered grain industry training programs in Australia and internationally. He is currently General Manager Research and Services for AEGIC, based in Sydney.
